First Day at Princeton/Farnsworth Men's Tennis Invitational Complete

The first day at the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational men's tennis event saw plenty of action, with nine Tigers going in singles and 10 in doubles.

In singles play, Princeton players went 7-2 in first-round singles matches to survive to the quarterfinal rounds of their respective draws. In doubles, three of the five Tiger pairs won both their first- and second-round matches to advance to the quarterfinals.

Play will continue Saturday and Sunday at the Lenz Tennis Center. Complete draws with all available results from Friday for all players are available at the PDF link on this page.
