    • Tickets are mailed approximately 10 days prior to the game
    • No refunds or exchanges
    • All sales are final
    • All Season Ticket orders must be received by the respective sports' Season Ticket Deadlines
    • All individual orders for Home games must be received by noon on the Friday prior to the game
    • All individual orders for Away games must be received by noon on the Thursday prior to the game
