Princeton rising junior Hans Brase is set to continue his globetrotting month of July, next heading to China with the German second national team.
Brase participated in a week-long training session with the German team outside Berlin, a stretch that included a trip to Sibiu, Romania for two games against the Romanian national team including one in which Brase led his squad with 12 points.
Now, the team will head to the Far East for a series of six games in eight days in Kunshan, just outside Shanghai, and Harbin, in northeastern China. The Germans will meet national teams from Montenegro, China and Serbia twice each, once during the first stop in Kunshan from July 18-20 and again in Harbin from July 23-25.
Brase, who averaged 11.2 points and 5.7 rebounds per game last season for Princeton, is the team's leading returning scorer and the leading rebounder while starting all 30 games.
