 Five Princeton Women's Lacrosse Facts

• Princeton has made 20 appearances in the National Collegiate/NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Championship, the third most appearances by a team in history. The team has a 31-18 record in the tournament and had a 12-year streak of appearances from 1998-2009.

• Princeton won three national titles in 1994, 2002 and 2003. The Tigers have made it to the championship round 10 times since the NCAA began the tournament in 1982.

• The 2013 Tiger team had an undefeated 7-0 season at home, Sherrerd Field at Class of 1952 Stadium. It marked the seventh undefeated home season in program history. All-time Princeton is 208-78-4 when playing at home.

• Princeton has had 87 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Americas. Fourty-one were first-team selections, 27 second team, 15 third team and four honorable mention.

• Seven Princeton Tigers have played for the World Cup since its inception in 1982. Holly McGarvie Reilly '09 is currently on the US team and was on the Gold Medal team in 2009, captained by former longtime Princeton assistant coach Michelle DeJulis. Tewaartaton Trophy winner and Honda Sports Award winner Rachael Becker '03 was on the US team in 2005 with Cristi Samaras '99 with Lucy Small '99 being an alternate. Samaras was also on the team in 2001 and Armory Rowe '95 was on the 1997 team, with both winning gold. Gillian Thompson '92 was on Canada's World Cup team in 1997 and Sam Ellis '13 is on the current Israel World Cup team.
