Jake Froccaro had back-to-back three-point efforts in Princeton's games against Villanova and North Carolina last week to earn Ivy League Co-Rookie of the Week honors.
Froccaro had two goals and an assist in the 14-11 win over Villanova, including a goal and the assist that put Princeton ahead for good during a 7-1 run to end the game. He then had a goal and two assists in the 16-15 loss at North Carolina.
Froccaro now has five goals and five assists for 10 points in his first four games.
Princeton, at 3-1, is home tomorrow night against Manhattan before opening the Ivy League season at Penn Saturday afternoon.
Princeton dropped from fifth last week in both polls to sixth in the Nike/Inside Lacrosse media poll and seventh in the USILA coaches' poll.
