Junior Alejandro Arroyo Yamin has earned All-Academic honors by the US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) it was announced by the organization on Monday, Feb. 25.
To be eligible for the award a student-athlete must carry a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average and earn All-America status or finish in the 15 at the regional meet.
Arroyo Yamin was the Tigers' No. 2 at the NCAA Regional finishing fifth overall as Princeton finished in third place. He was the second Tiger across the line again at the NCAA Championships, finished 58th overall to help Princeton to a program-best 11th-place finish.
