For the second straight Monday, the Ivy League office has selected Princeton senior Ian Hummer as the Ivy League Player of the Week for men's basketball.

In Princeton's lone game of the week against Fordham in the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Hummer scored 18 points, grabbed seven rebounds and notched five assists. He also passed both the 1,300 career point and 600 career rebound milestones. In doing so, he became only the second player in Princeton history, alongside Bill Bradley '65, to achieve both of those totals.

During the game, Hummer also moved into ninth place on the Princeton career scoring list, now with 1,308 points. In eighth place is a classmate of Hummer's uncle John Hummer '70, as Geoff Petrie '70 has 1,321 points.

Hummer, a 2012 first-team All-Ivy Leaguer, was named Ivy Player of the Week on Dec. 10 as well as on Dec. 19, 2011 and Dec. 6, 2010. The award is the third for a Princeton player this season, combining Hummer's two with Will Barrett's honor on Nov. 12.
