Courtesy: Princeton Athletic CommunicationsThe Princeton men's golf team will head to Macon, Ga., for this weekend's Brickyard Collegiate tournament hosted by Mercer University at the Brickyard at Riverside Golf Club.

Play will begin Friday, with the first Tiger teeing off at 9:10 a.m. Matt Gerber, Nick Ricci, Quinn Prchal, Greg Jarmas and Bernie D'Amato will represent Princeton in the event. The tournament will run through Sunday with one round each day. More information can be found on the tournament's website here.
The course measures 7,128 yards from the championship tees and is a par-72.
Princeton is the only Ivy League team in the event, which has a Southern feel to its roster of teams competing. Nine of the 15 schools competing are from Georgia or neighboring states, including Augusta State, Chattanooga, College of Charleston, Georgia, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, host Mercer, North Florida and South Florida. The teams traveling a little further include Air Force, Colorado State, Kansas, Oklahoma, Virginia Tech as well as the Tigers.
Two teams - No. 7 Georgia and No. 11 Georgia Tech - are in Golfweek's top 25 as of Oct. 1, while four more are in the top 50 and five more are in the top 100.
The event is Princeton's first since the McLaughlin Invitational at Bethpage Red on Long Island, where the Tigers finished seventh of 16 teams. Princeton will have two more tournaments this fall, the Big Five Classic outside of Philadelphia and the Ivy Tournament, a fall team match-play event including all eight Ivy teams, held at the TPC at Jasna Polana later this month.
