Coleman Crutchfield, Rachel Saiontz, Yohei Shoji, Hilary Bartlett and Ravi Yegya-Raman are the five Princeton tennis seniors.

The Princeton tennis teams will play the final weekend of their regular season Friday and Sunday against the New York schools, and either team may not find out its Ivy title fate until six days later.

Princeton opened the Ivy League season with Penn a few weeks ago, but half the league has not played its travel partner yet. The Harvard-Dartmouth and Brown-Yale matches are scheduled for Saturday, April 28, and may very well determine both the men's and women's Ivy title winners.

But if the Tigers are to remain in the conversation for a league title after this weekend, both teams must get past Columbia and Cornell first.

The women's team will be home Friday at 2 p.m. against Columbia, which is ranked 73rd in this week's ITA poll, one spot behind Princeton at No. 72. Sunday, the Princeton women will head to Cornell for an 11 a.m. match. Senior Hilary Bartlett enters the week ranked No. 116 in the nation in singles play, while she and Lindsay Graff are No. 34 in doubles.

The women's team enters the weekend at 10-10 overall and 3-2 in league play, while the Lions are also at 3-2 in the Ivy and 12-5 overall. Cornell enters at 9-8 overall and 1-4 in the league. Brown, Harvard and Dartmouth each also have two league losses and stand behind 4-0 Yale in the league race. The Bulldogs will host Harvard Friday, visit Dartmouth Saturday and host Brown next weekend.

The Tiger men will play at No. 45 Columbia Friday in a 2 p.m. match before hosting Cornell Sunday at 2 p.m. The Ivy men's tennis race is even more up for grabs than the women's, with Harvard at 3-1 and five teams with two league losses just behind them: Columbia, Princeton, Dartmouth, Brown and Yale. Harvard hosts Yale Friday, travels to Brown Sunday and hosts Dartmouth next weekend.

Princeton's men enter the weekend at 12-10 and 3-2 in the league, while Columbia is 16-4 overall and also 3-2 in the Ivy. Cornell is 7-16 overall and 1-4 in the league. Princeton's Matija Pecotic is ranked 121st in this week's ITA singles poll, while Columbia has Haig Schneiderman at No. 105. On the doubles side, Princeton has Matt Spindler and Matt Siow at No. 65.

The weekend will mark the final regular-season competitions for the five seniors between the two Princeton teams, Coleman Crutchfield, Yohei Shoji, Ravi Yegya-Raman, Hilary Bartlett and Rachel Saiontz.
