Henderson Previews Men's Basketball's Trip to Pitt

Less than 48 hours before the Princeton men's basketball team begins its journey to Pittsburgh, Mitch Henderson discussed the Tigers' second test against a Big East foe this season.

Henderson, the Franklin C. Cappon-Edward G. Green '40 head coach of Princeton men's basketball, talked about the challenge the Tigers will face against Pittsburgh in its College Basketball Invitational Presented by Zebra Pen quarterfinal game Monday at 7 p.m.

The Panthers, led by senior guard Ashton Gibbs and his 15.4 points per game, whipped Wofford Wednesday night 81-63 a night after Princeton piled up the points in its 95-86 win at Evansville. Princeton will have the opportunity to beat two Big East teams on the road for the first time in program history after also winning at Rutgers in December.
