Newcomers Make Strong Debut: The freshmen class proved to be immediate contributors, as all six newcomers saw action at the Princeton Invitational. The newbies made the adjustment to the collegiate game an easy one to help pick up the nationally-ranked Tigers on both the offensive and defensive ends of the pool. Ashley Hatcher led the way with four goals, two assists, two steals and a block.
In the Polls: The Tigers have been ranked in the CWPA Varsity Top-20 Poll all season, beginning the year with a preseason ranking of No. 18. After holding the No. 20 spot last week in their season opening weekend, Princeton moves up a place to No. 19 entering this week's action.
