The Princeton men's lightweight rowing team is looking to build off a year when it won the Head of the Charles, reclaimed the Goldthwait Cup and earned a bronze medal at the Eastern Sprints. Head coach Marty Crotty is optimistic that a talented group of 10 newcomers will help push a varsity eight that didn't include a senior during the 2014 postseason.

Princeton reached as high as No. 2 in the national rankings last season following its wins over both Yale and Harvard on the Charles River. The Tigers returned to the medal dock at Sprints, though they left the IRA national championships hungry for an even better performance in 2015.

Crotty will enhance the program with 10 incoming rowers, many of whom have significant national or international experience. You can read about the full class below.
