Seniors Garrett Frey (wrestling) and Kristen Helmstetter (basketball) join the latest edition of TigerCast to discuss their respective seasons and to look ahead to big home events this weekend.

Frey is a senior captain on the wrestling team, which has raced out to a 3-0 start and hosts Rutgers Saturday during a "Celebration of New Jersey Wrestling." Frey is a three-time NCAA qualifier, though he missed all of last season with an injury. He is making his Princeton return Saturday with hopes of ending Rutgers' 16-match win streak in this series.

Helmstetter, who had a game-high five assists in the 75-49 victory over Binghamton Wednesday night, is one of the senior leaders on the women's basketball team. She is one of three players on the team with more than 11 points per game, and she will lead Princeton in home games against both Delaware and Illinois State this week.

TigerCast can be accessed through the "Podcasts" tab on the right side of the main page, or by going to the main TigerCast page here.

TigerCast, presented by PNC Bank, is the official podcast of Princeton Athletics. Previous episodes of TigerCast can be downloaded for free anytime at GoPrincetonTigers.com.
