Local high school and club wrestling coaches are invited to Jadwin Gym Sunday, Oct. 20, for the Princeton Wrestling Coaches Clinic. The Tiger coaching staff, loaded with All-Americas and a two-time NCAA champion, will go over everything from warm-up, drilling and live wrestling during this educational opportunity.
All high school and club coaches are eligible to take part in the session, which begins with a 9:30 registration. Please note that, due to eligibility issues, potential prospects will not be eligible to attend.
The rest of the day will look like this:
|10||Introduction to Princeton Wrestling|
|10:15||Importance of warm-up; Tiger team demonstration|
|10:30||Technical foundation; Tiger team demonstration|
|11||Importance of drilling; Tiger team drill session|

The clinic will take place in the wrestling room on E level of Jadwin Gym. The fee for the clinic only is $20, and it includes a t-shirt. There is a $45 fee for the clinch, t-shirt and social (held at Triumph Brewery on Nassau Street), though the social will be capped at 40 people.
