The Princeton women's soccer program, coming off an undefeated, untied Ivy League season and a win in the NCAA tournament, will welcome eight members of the Class of 2017 onto the team. GoPrincetonTigers.com will introduce you to the newcomers one by one through the offseason.

Haley Chow • 6-0 • Defender
Pleasanton, Calif. • Amador Valley High School

Chow was an honorable mention All-East Bay by the San Jose Mercury News this past season. She played for the Pleasanton Rage club team for 11 years and participated in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) for the last three years. She carries a four-star rating from TopDrawerSoccer.com. At Amador Valley, she was a two-time team MVP and a first-team all-league pick as a senior.

Coach Julie Shackford on Haley Chow:
"Haley Chow comes from a top ECNL club, the Pleasanton Rage, home to former Tiger student-athlete, Ashley Byers ‘08. Top Drawer ranked her as the #14 player in all of Northern California and Hawaii. Standing six feet tall, she is a presence in the middle of the back, and she also has incredible range with her distribution. Haley is an incredibly smart, engaged student-athlete and we feel fortunate she will be joining the Princeton family."
