Men's Golf Finishes Fifth at Philly Big 5, Jarmas Takes Runner-Up
Greg Jarmas led the Princeton men's golf team to a fifth-place finish in the 19-team Philadelphia Big Five Classic Sunday at Philmont Country Club.
Jarmas tied for runner-up status at +6 with Binghamton's Bryce Edmister, one shot behind Temple's Brandon Matthews.
Hartford won the tournament by one shot over Sacred Heart, with Binghamton three shots off the pace, Yale five and Princeton six. The Bulldogs and Tigers were ahead of five other Ivy teams in the field, as Columbia tied for ninth, Brown took 14th, Dartmouth 15th, Penn 16th and Cornell 18th.
