Princeton's tennis teams will head on the road this weekend, with the men's team sending four players to Virginia and the women sending four to Northwestern.

Both are sites that the Tigers have seldom visited, with the women returning to Evanston, Ill., much sooner than the men will have returned to Charlottesville, Va. Princeton's women played in the ITA Kick-Off event in 2010 at Northwestern in their only appearance there, while the men will return to the University of Virginia for the first time since 1941.

The women's team will send Katherine Flanigan, Katie Goepel, Emily Hahn and Alanna Wolff to Northwestern's Wildcat Invitational after the Tigers were away from competition last weekend. While Flanigan, Hahn and Wolff opened their fall campaign two weekends ago at Missouri's tournament in Kansas City, Goepel will be making her fall debut at the Northwestern event.

A draw for the Northwestern event can be found at the PDF link at the top of the page. One round of doubles and two rounds of singles are planned for Friday beginning at 8:30 a.m. DePaul, Illinois-Chicago, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, N.C. State, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin will send players along with Princeton and host Northwestern.

The men's team will send Dan Davies, Zack McCourt, Josh Yablon and Ben Quazzo to Virginia. All four competed in both prior events this fall, including the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational and the Navy tournament last weekend.

Players from 20 schools, including Virginia, George Mason, James Madison, Coastal Carolina, Liberty, Cornell, Longwood, William & Mary, Wake Forest, Binghamton, Radford, Virginia Tech, Virginia Commonwealth, College of Charleston, Norfolk State, East Tennessee State, George Washington, Penn State, Bucknell and Old Dominion will join the Tiger contingent to fill the Virginia Fall Classic's seven singles and seven doubles draws, which can be viewed at the PDF link at the top of the page.
