@PrincetonWGolf Stands Second Through One Round at Ivy Championship
Just three shots behind Harvard with two rounds to play, the Princeton women's golf team is in second place after one round at the Ivy League Championship at Trump National in Bedminster, N.J.
Kelly Shon is the top Tiger after a 1-over 73, tied with Harvard's Christine Lin for second overall. That pair trails Penn's Amanda Chin by two shots, as the Quaker was the only player in red numbers after an opening-day 71.
While the Tigers are three shots behind leader Harvard, Penn is six shots off the Crimson's pace and Columbia is nine shots back in fourth. Yale, 13 shots back of Harvard, Brown, 19 shots behind, and Dartmouth, 31 shots back of the Quakers, round out the seven teams.
The Tigers will begin teeing off for the second round Saturday at 1 p.m.
